House Search Usually, we will arrange 2-3 suites in every type of property. It is more difficult to arrange visiting the suit in leasing, but we will provide a same type house to our guest for reference.

Decide Which Property You Need After searching, guests can decide which property they want, and tell the sales person

Drafting of Contracts After the deal price was made, the lawyer designated by the two sides, or the intermediary company will draft the sales contract.

Sign Contract After checking the contract and examined unmistakably, the two sides can appoint the time and location to sign the contract.
