Dating on House Search After the telephone consulting, the investment manager will arrange a specific sales person to contact with customer, and date on house search. It is better for the customer determining a free time for house search ahead, for the sales person preparation.

House Search Usually, we will arrange 2-3 suites in every type of property. It is more difficult to arrange visiting the suit in leasing, but we will provide a same type house to our guest for reference.

Decide Which Property You Need After searching, guests can decide which property they want, and tell the sales person

Negotiation on the Deal Guests can offer a price according to their own demand. After negotiation, come to a deal price.

Drafting of Contracts After the deal price was made, the lawyer designated by the two sides, or the intermediary company will draft the sales contract.

Contract Scrutiny In checking the contract, you should pay attention to the following details: the deal price, payment mode, the responsibility for compliance and the default responsibility, to ensure the safety of transaction.

Sign Contract After checking the contract and examined unmistakably, the two sides can appoint the time and location to sign the contract. The seller should provide property supporting documents (such as real estate permits, land permit or copies of the original purchase contracts and purchase invoices) and identity documents; the buyer should be prepared with identity documents and deposit.

Contract Execution Strictly execute the items according to the contract, in order to avoid a breach of the contract.
